Baraka prides itself on its seasonally changing menu, serving California-Mediterranean cuisine. Its goal is to bring out the flavors of the Mediterranean while still taking advantage of the quality and freshness from local purveyors
The wine list has a similar approach, offering wines from Spain, Italy, and France, but still has a special focus on well known wines from Northern California.
San Francisco Chronicle's Restaurant Editor, Michael Bauer, wrote "Baraka is at the top of its game, continually evolving to keep the concept fresh and to ensure that customers will return month after month."
Baraka is owned and operated by local Potrero Hill resident Michelle Hughes.
