An entrepreneur, investor and filmmaker, John Bradford King has launched innovative concepts and companies focused on the combination of two specific areas: technology and film. Over the past twenty years, Brad has developed the ability to identify unique areas of change, create opportunities leveraging off forward thinking concepts, and develop these ideas from start to finish.

An early pioneer in the Internet explosion, Brad spearheaded the launch of several companies; his last, Net Effect, Inc., was acquired by Ask Jeeves.

Brad has a strong passion for the arts and particularly film. He launched Epiphany Entertainment under which he has now invested in and produced two feature-length films. Teknolust, starring Tilda Swinton and Jeremy Davies, was invited to the Sundance, Toronto and Berlin Film Festivals and is being distributed currently by Thinkfilm.

Brad is currently at work on his third film "The Prodigal", a suspense thriller set in San Francisco.

Personally, Brad has spent considerable time throughout his life mentoring young kids. He has a particular passion for kids who are left out on the fringe. He has worked as a counselor at Mount Hermon Camp, and as a leader for Young Life. He has also served on the advisory board for Young Life.

Combining his love for film, technology, investing in people, and youth, Brad launched Voice Films Institute. Voice is focused on developing nationwide film festivals and an online community serving youth ages 14-20 who are making digital content, films, and animations. The goal of "Voice" is to provide outlets, training, and support allowing diverse youth to share their authentic voice through digital filmmaking.

Brad is a graduate of University of Pacific (UOP), Stockton, where he received a double major in Business and English. He and his wife, Dr. Pamela King, have two sons and a third son or first daughter on the way. After two children, their dog Max has now reverted back to being a dog.

John Bradford and his family live in Southern California.
